ALCOHOL & BEER

Do you plan to drink?

Have a valid ID with you at all times. You will need it to acquire a 21 and over wristband, no exceptions. You must have a wristband to consume beer/alcohol at the event. The Wild West Festival has a zero tolerance on underage drinking.

Beer is sold in the saloon and can be consumed anywhere within the general admission area. 21 and over wristbands are sold in the banding booths next to the saloon for $2 per night. Unopened beer can be taken out of the festival. Open cans must be consumed or dumped by midnight.

Beer and Alcohol are provided in VIP as part of the VIP ticket package and can only be consumed in the VIP area. Alcohol is served until 9pm and beer is served until 10pm. 21 and over wristbands are free to VIP ticketholders and are available at the VIP entrance.

What kind of beer will you serve?

The saloon serves a variety of cold canned beer for $4 a can. The VIP serves beer on tap, vodka, bourbon whiskey and rum.

GENERAL

What are things everyone who’s attending should know?

The Wild West Festival is a rain or shine event. Extreme weather may affect the schedule or ability for artists to perform.

All artists and times of performances are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.

Outlet tickets are for sale while supplies last.

Wristbands are void if tampered with. Wristbands must be worn at all times, Individuals not wearing a wristband will not be allowed entry and will be removed from the Wild West Festival grounds, no exceptions.

All persons attending the Wild West Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, volunteers, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.

Do you have a lost and found?

During the concerts, lost and found is located at the merchandise tent. Outside event hours, items are removed to the event office. Call or text (785) 639-3365.

Do you provide chairs?

For VIP ticketholders, chairs are provided in the VIP area. For general admission ticketholders, chairs are available to rent for $2 per night, cash only.

Can I bring chairs?

Yes, folding chairs may be brought into the general admission area. Please remove chairs from their bags at the security checkpoint for inspection. The Wild West Festival is not responsible for chairs or other items that are lost or stolen during the festival.

Where can I find event updates?

All updates, including time changes due to inclement weather, are posted to the Wild West Festival facebook page.

Can I bring outside food/drink?

You are not allowed to carry-in outside food or beverages into the festival grounds.

Do you take cards or is it cash only?

The saloon, banding booths and chairs are cash only. ATM located next to Saloon.

Merchandise and beer vouchers can be purchased with a card at the merchandise tent. Most of the food vendors take cards.

Are pets allowed?

No animals are allowed in the festival grounds. Service dogs, as defined by the ADA, with proper documentation are allowed. Emotional support, companion, or comfort animals are not permitted.

Will there be a place to charge my phone?

Yes, a charging station is set up by the VIP entrance and is available for anyone to use.

What time do the gates open?

Entrance gates open at 5:30pm and VIP opens at 6pm

Can I take pictures?

You may take pictures with your phone’s camera, but no selfie sticks or professional (photo, audio, video) equipment are allowed. No video recording is allowed.

SECURITY

Do bags get checked at the entrance?

Everyone and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time while on the festival grounds.

What is your weapon’s policy?

TICKETS

Where can I purchase tickets?

See the ticket page for a list of outlets and an online purchase link. Tickets obtained from sources other than the outlets listed on the Wild West Festival website or Etix will not be honored. Outlet tickets are for sale while supplies last.

Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Can a general admission ticket be split?

General admission tickets can only be redeemed by one person. Your ticket will be scanned at the gates, and you will receive a wristband for the entire 3 days of concerts. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced.

Can I purchase tickets at the festival?

Only single night general admission tickets are available for purchase at the gates using cash or card. See the ticket page for cash versus card pricing.

Do you sell children’s tickets?

No but children 5 & under are free with a ticketed adult.
